How can I re-watch my purchases?
When you make a purchase, you will be asked to provide an email address. After the purchase you will see a screen where you are asked to set a password for your account. In case you didn’t set up a password, you can always find a link on your email to set up password there. After that you can find your purchased content under My Collection in the menu.
How long is a purchase available for viewing after buying it?
The seller can set a custom expiry for how long the post will be available after purchase. The post will then contain “Expires after x days”. If the seller does not set an expiry date for the content, then it will be available until the earth explodes or we are invaded by Space Cats for Outer Space… whichever comes first.
What currencies are available for buying?
Currently the sellers can list their content in USD, EUR, GBP and AUD currencies. As a buyer you can make a purchase in any currency as your bank will convert the currency for you.
I made a purchase and can’t find it under My Collection.
Make sure that if you use social logins like Google and Facebook to login, then social account emails match the email you used to make a purchase. If they are different then log out and log in with the email you used to make a purchase.
